Tsunami dalam sejarah
Berikut merupakan kejadian tsunami utama dalam sejarah:
- 2004: Gempa bumi di Lautan India menyebabkan tsunami melanda banyak negara dan mengorbankan lebih 150,000 orang.
- 1998: Gempa bumi berukuran 7.0 di perairan Papua New Guinea menghasilkan ombak setinggi 10 m, dan membunuh lebih 6,000 orang.
- 1976: Tsunami yang melanda Filipina mengorbankan lebih 5,000 orang.
- 1960: Gempa bumi paling besar dalam sejarah (berukuran 9.5) di selatan perairan Chile menghasilkan tsunami di Lautan Pasifik dan membunuh lebih 3,000 orang di Chile dan Hawaii.
- 1946: Gempa bumi berukuran 7.8 berhampiran Alaska, Amerika Syarikat menghasilkan ombak besar setinggi 35 m, dan membunuh sebanyak 165 orang.
- 1883: Letupan gunung berapi Krakatoa di Selat Sunda menghasilkan tsunami setinggi 35 m, dan mengorbankan 36,000 orang.
- 1755: Tsunami menghancurkan Lisbon, Portugal dan mengorbankan kira-kira 60,000 orang.

' Program Khatam Al - Quran '

Today, I have joined the program khatam Al-Quran. Early morning I was already at my school. I was there at 7.30a.m. I am so glad I was finished reading the Quran. I also wore a pair of 'baju melayu' with 'sampingt' and also a skull cap. The program was started at 7.50a.m.Before entering the hall, me and my friends have accompanied the headmaster and some other teachers. Once finished, I just go to the school board. I am very pleased with the invitation of a teacher. I and others also celebrated by all students and teachers of Islamic religion. In some forty minutes, I and others began to read the Quran. We follow the two teachers who read the Quran. Many teachers take some pictures when the program is running .A few female teachers, giving us little gifts as token of appreciation as a sign we are entering. The form of a gift bag filled with prayer mats,'bunga telur','nasi kunyit'and a certificate.

Today, in the morning, I was brushing my teeth with my friends in school. It sounds funny, right? haha! Although we are now in year six, but the nurse was still teaching us how to brush teeth properly.We have fun under one of the shady trees. We also hear and do things that the two nurses tell. Within minutes, we finish brushing our teeths. We all thank you for their appreciation for us. Two nurses provide a wide smile on their faces to us.
